Joaquin Gaspar vs Juan Torres

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Ginásio do Morumbi, Sao Paulo,  taking place on 13/06/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Joaquin Gaspar (8(4) - 0) who hails from Recife, Brazil and Juan Torres(2 - 0 - 2) from Sao Paulo, Brazil.  Gaspar weighed in at 111 pounds and 2 ounces, while Torres weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Diego Mato, and the three ringside judges are Rogelio Avila, Rodrigo Espindola and Ramirez Abreu.

Torres throws a jab, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a solid left uppercut.  
Gaspar steps inside and is on target with a stinging right hook to Torres's ribs.  
Gaspar throws a left uppercut, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Gaspar ties up his opponent.  Gaspar is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Gaspar hits the target with a solid jab.  
Gaspar closes the distance and is on target with a firm left uppercut to his opponents liver.  
Torres steps to the outside and throws an overhand right, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a stinging left hook.  
Torres throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Gaspar advances into close range and hits home with a left uppercut.

Torres steps away from his opponent and tries to land a jab, but Gaspar dodges the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Gaspar closes the distance.  Gaspar pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  
Gaspar senses a stoppage victory - he just needs the right shot.  Gaspar lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs, AND SENDS TORRES TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  Torres now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Gaspar hits home with a solid cross.  
Torres attempts to land a left hook, but Gaspar sidesteps and counters with a solid cross.  
Gaspar walks Torres down, trapping him in a corner.  Gaspar digs in a firm left hook to Torres's ribs.  
Gaspar is on target with a left uppercut to Torres's liver.  
Gaspar lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Torres pivots to the left of his opponent.  Gaspar drives a sharp jab into his opponents face.  
Gaspar gets on the inside and lands a right uppercut to the body, a left uppercut to the body and a left hook to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  
It looks like Torres has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Gaspar closes the distance and lands a left uppercut to the head, a left hook to the body and a left uppercut to the body, KNOCKING TORRES DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 9.  Torres recovers before his opponent can take advantage.
