Angel Maysonet vs John Gibson

Boxing Daily Report from the Eddie Burns promoted show at Rehman Shehata Gym, Los Angeles,  taking place on 28/04/2037:

Clearly Eddie Burns have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Angel Maysonet (15(9) - 0) who hails from Fortaleza, Brazil and John Gibson(5 - 3 - 5) from Sacremento, USA.  Both Maysonet and Gibson weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Bradley Fortun, and the three ringside judges are Hayden Abraham, Dylan Nield and Rob Seay.  

Round 1: 

Maysonet sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Maysonet lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  Maysonet clinches his opponent.  Maysonet pushes his forearm into Gibson's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Maysonet cuts off the ring, trapping Gibson on the ropes.  Maysonet lands a left uppercut to the head, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the body.  Maysonet clinches his opponent.  Maysonet is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Maysonet pushes his forearm into Gibson's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Maysonet advances into close range and is on target with a stinging left hook to Gibson's ribs.  
Maysonet drives a right hook into Gibson's body.  Maysonet clinches his opponent.  Maysonet is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Gibson tries to step out of his opponents range.  Maysonet feints a left hook, and then connects with a solid cross.  
Gibson is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Gibson contemptuously drops his hands, trying to provoke his opponent.  Maysonet connects with a stinging cross.  
Maysonet pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook.  
Maysonet lands a left hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Maysonet pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Maysonet lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Gibson throws a right hook, but Maysonet holds on to his opponent.  Maysonet leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Maysonet uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Gibson behind the head. 
Maysonet advances into close range and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Maysonet advances into close range and drives a stinging right hook into Gibson's body.  
Maysonet drives a stinging right hook into Gibson's body.  
Maysonet lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Maysonet lands a stinging left hook.  
Maysonet digs in a sharp left hook to Gibson's body.  
Maysonet gets on the inside and connects with a stinging right hook.  Maysonet clinches his opponent.  Maysonet tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Gibson behind the head. 
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Gibson's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Gibson's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.

Maysonet manouvers his opponent into the blue corner.  Maysonet is on target with a firm left hook.  Maysonet ties up his opponent.  Maysonet pushes his forearm into Gibson's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  Maysonet throws a right uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Maysonet.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  
Maysonet lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Maysonet throws a right uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Maysonet closes the distance and lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Maysonet lands a jab to the head, a cross to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Gibson is on target with a jab.  
Maysonet gets on the inside and is on target with a sharp right hook to his opponents ribcage.

Maysonet connects with a cross.  Maysonet throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Gibson lands a jab to his opponents body.  
Maysonet is looking to close the distance and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Maysonet gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Maysonet advances into close range and hits home with a firm left hook.

Gibson voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Maysonet accepts the invitation, throwing powerful combos, but is unable to land anything on Gibson.  Maysonet lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Gibson's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Gibson's trainer is advising how he could improve his defence.
