Shayan Aliyev vs Waqas Alekperov

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Iran-East Azerbaijan promoted show at Tabriz Safarli, Tabriz,  taking place on 29/04/2037:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Iran-East Azerbaijan Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Shayan Aliyev (10 - 12 - 4) who hails from Tabriz, Iran and Waqas Alekperov(4 - 1) from Tabriz, Iran.  Aliyev weighed in at 140 pounds and 11 ounces, while Alekperov weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Shayan Galla, and the three ringside judges are Danyaal Topchibashev, Farhan Isgandarov and Shayan Galla.
