Garrison Diaw vs Alexandre Seye

Boxing Daily Report from the Danquah Promotions promoted show at Dakar Fossey, Dakar,  taking place on 03/05/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Senegal-Dakar Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Garrison Diaw (22(4) - 13(1)) who hails from Dakar, Senegal and Alexandre Seye(9 - 17(4) - 3) from Dakar, Senegal.  Diaw weighed in at 227 pounds and 6 ounces, while Seye weighed in at 232 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Geron Jacque, and the three ringside judges are Acelin Mollere, Landry de la Bretonne and Reinald Mbow.  

Round 1:

Seye digs in a left hook to Diaw's liver.  Seye tries to land a cross, but Diaw dodges the shot and counters with a firm left hook to his opponents liver.  
Diaw is on target with a solid left uppercut to his opponents body.  Diaw clinches his opponent.  Diaw leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.
