Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Delta State promoted show at Sapele Obi, Sapele,  taking place on 07/05/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Lordson Orakwue (33(28) - 14(12)) who hails from Warri, Nigeria and Mfon Elegbede(11 - 8 - 2) from Lagos, Nigeria.  Orakwue weighed in at 168 pounds, while Elegbede weighed in at 167 pounds And 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Lordson Aduda, and the three ringside judges are Gbolahan Gana, Tunde Bazuaye and Sajid Nasser.  

Round 1: 

Orakwue hits home with a stinging right hook.

Orakwue is on target with a sharp right hook.  Orakwue holds on to his opponent.  Orakwue is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Orakwue lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.

Orakwue lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  As Elegbede tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Orakwue dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Orakwue lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Orakwue lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Orakwue drives a solid right hook into his opponents body.  
Orakwue switches the action to the outside and lands a ramrod jab.  
Orakwue closes the distance and lands a left uppercut to the body, a right hook to the head and a left uppercut to the body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Elegbede recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Elegbede lands a cross.  
Orakwue advances into close range.  Orakwue drives a left hook into his opponents body.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Orakwue has taken some damage from that accidental headbutt.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.  
Orakwue lands a left hook to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Orakwue lands a cross to the head followed by a jab to the body.  
Elegbede advances into close range.  Orakwue digs in a sharp left hook to his opponents body.

Orakwue lands a left hook, right hook and a left hook to his opponents body.  Orakwue holds on to his opponent.  Orakwue leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Orakwue lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  He follows up the attack and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Orakwue throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Orakwue gets on the inside and lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Orakwue lands a left hook followed by  two right hooks to his opponents body.  
Elegbede throws a right uppercut, but Orakwue ties up his opponent.  Orakwue is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Orakwue's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Orakwue walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Orakwue lands a right hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body, AND SENDS ELEGBEDE SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  
The right shot from Orakwue could be enough to force the stoppage!  Orakwue lands a right uppercut to the body followed by two straights to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a left uppercut followed by  two right uppercuts to his opponents head.  The winner by KO is Orakwue!
