Paul Strothers vs Lloyd Vaughn

Boxing Daily Report from the Kessels Promotions promoted show at DBA Gym, New Orleans,  taking place on 04/05/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Deep South Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Paul Strothers (7 - 9(1)) who hails from New Orleans, USA and Lloyd Vaughn(14 - 7 - 1(NC)) from Birmingham, USA.  Strothers weighed in at 104 pounds and 15 ounces, while Vaughn weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alen Pritchard, and the three ringside judges are Patrick Parro, Blake Anger and Mick Main.  

Round 1: 

Strothers advances into close range.  Vaughn lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.
