Dan Mackley vs Jasper Jack

Boxing Daily Report from the No Limit promoted show at Melbourne Harbert, Melbourne,  taking place on 17/04/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Dan Mackley (2 - 0) who hails from Brisbane, Australia and Jasper Jack(12 - 14(1) - 4) from Melbourne, Australia.  Mackley weighed in at 135 pounds, while Jack weighed in at 134 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Paul Lawrie, and the three ringside judges are Gus Seward, Bruce Munhall and Steven Malas.  

Round 1: 

Mackley steps inside.  Mackley pivots to the side of his opponent and drives a left hook into Jack's liver.  
Jack is looking to close the distance.  Mackley pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Mackley lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.

Mackley is looking to close the distance.  Mackley pivots from in front of his opponent and connects with a right hook.

Mackley retreats back to the ropes, and waits for his opponent to attack.  Jack tries to tag Mackley on the ropes, but his opponent blocks every shot!

Mackley closes the distance and lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  He then lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Mackley is looking to close the distance and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Mackley drives a right uppercut into Jack's body.  
Mackley lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.

The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Mackley dabs at his face checking for damage.  Mackley has been damaged by the clash of heads.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.
