Taras Mikita vs Krystiyan Hopko

Boxing Daily Report from the Asiku Promotions promoted show at Kiev Sosna, Kiev,  taking place on 16/05/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ukraine Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Taras Mikita (10 - 5(1) - 1) who hails from Kiev, Ukraine and Krystiyan Hopko(7 - 14(1) - 2) from Kiev, Ukraine.  Both Mikita and Hopko weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hadeon Chop, and the three ringside judges are Taras Bunda, Volodymyr Van and Avel Kosko.  

Round 1: 

Mikita steps to the outside.  Hopko throws an overhand right, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Mikita pivots to the side of his opponent.  Hopko attempts to land a cross, but Mikita blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Hopko manouvers Mikita into a neutral corner.  Hopko pivots to the left of his opponent and finds the target with a jab.

Mikita is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Hopko sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Hopko tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.
