Mel Maitland vs Dillon Lowry

Boxing Daily Report from the CP Boxing promoted show at GNS Sports Complex, New Amsterdam,  taking place on 18/05/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Guyana Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on NCN, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Mel Maitland (21 - 9(1)) who hails from Georgetown, Guyana and Dillon Lowry(19 - 2(1)) from Georgetown, Guyana.  Maitland weighed in at 248 pounds and 13 ounces, while Lowry weighed in at 243 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Paul Dovey, and the three ringside judges are Greg Rhoderick, Andy Brownlie and Dai Handley.
