Boxing Daily Report from the VictoryBoxing promoted show at The Design Exchange, Toronto,  taking place on 18/05/2037:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Canada-Ontario Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chris Crear (32(28) - 2(2)) who hails from Toronto, Canada and Xebec Diaby(22 - 17(8) - 6) from Toronto, Canada.  Crear weighed in at 160 pounds, while Diaby weighed in at 159 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Dave de Brosse, and the three ringside judges are Davie Foyle, Jamie Barclay and Gareth Archie.  

Round 1: 

Crear tries to keep the action at long range and finds the target with a jab.  
Crear strikes his opponents body with a stinging cross.  
Diaby throws a jab, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a solid cross.  
Crear hits home with a cross.  
Crear lands with a hard jab.  
Crear switches the action to the outside and lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a cross to the body, and then to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Diaby quickly recovers. 
Crear pivots to the left of his opponent and lands two left hook's to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
Crear is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands two overhand lefts followed by an overhand right to his opponents head.  
Crear lands an overhand left followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Diaby's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.

Crear feints a jab, and then digs in a right uppercut to Diaby's ribcage.  
Crear lands two straights followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Crear lands with a ramrod jab.  Crear attempts to land a jab, but Diaby blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Diaby attempts to land a jab, but Crear slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut to Diaby's body.  
Crear steps to the outside and lands a firm cross.  
Crear lands a jab to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Crear is looking to close the distance and lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  He then lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Crear connects with a sharp overhand right.  
Crear is on target with a jab.  
Crear is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands two straights to the body, and one to the head.  
Crear lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Crear lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Crear lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Diaby almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Crear advances into close range and lands a solid left hook.  Crear attempts to land a left hook, but Diaby slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Crear closes the distance and throws a left hook, but the shot is blocked.  Crear ties up his opponent.  Crear is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Crear to stop fouling.  
Crear tries to step out of his opponents range and is on target with a solid cross.  
Crear is looking to keep his distance and lands a sharp overhand right.  
Crear lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Crear is on target with a cross.  
Diaby steps to the outside.  Crear feints a left hook, and then hits home with a ramrod jab.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Diaby's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Diaby's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Crear connects with a hurtful cross.  DIABY WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Diaby recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Diaby walks Crear down, trapping him on the ropes.  Crear lands a jab.  
Diaby is looking to keep his distance.  Crear quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and connects with a sharp overhand right.  
Crear lands two straights followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Crear is looking to close the distance.  Diaby attempts to land a left hook, but Crear sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Diaby throws a right hook, but Crear ties up his opponent.  Crear leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Crear's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Crear lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  Crear tries to land a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left hook.

Crear thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Diaby away.  Crear is on target with a hurtful cross.  DIABY HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  HE TRIES TO RISE ON SHAKY LEGS BUT DIABY CAN'T BEAT THE COUNT!  The winner by KO is Crear!
