Neron Penalver vs Juan Gutierrez

Boxing Daily Report from the Iván Lapeña promoted show at Madrid Pompa, Madrid,  taking place on 18/05/2037:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Spain-Comunidad de Madrid Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Marca TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Neron Penalver (27 - 8(3) - 2) who hails from Madrid, Spain and Juan Gutierrez(25(3) - 5(2)) from Madrid, Spain.  Both Penalver and Gutierrez weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Xaverius Cordero, and the three ringside judges are Vicente Borromeo, Diego Sibal and Diego Somero.  

Round 1: 

Gutierrez is looking to close the distance.  Gutierrez pivots to the side of his opponent.  Gutierrez drives a sharp right hook into his opponents body.  Gutierrez ties up his opponent.  Gutierrez is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Gutierrez and breaks the clinch.  
Gutierrez steps inside and lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Penalver pivots to the side of his opponent.  Gutierrez lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Gutierrez lands a right hook.  
Gutierrez steps inside and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Penalver lands a jab followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Gutierrez closes the distance and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  Gutierrez holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Gutierrez pushes his forearm into Penalver's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Gutierrez about fouling.  
Penalver switches the action to the outside and lands an overhand right to the head followed by a jab to the body.  
Penalver lands a cross.  
Gutierrez steps inside and throws a right hook, but his opponent steps away from the punch.  Gutierrez ties up his opponent.  Gutierrez is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Penalver is looking to keep his distance and lands with a sharp jab.  
Penalver finds the target with a jab.  Penalver attempts to land a cross, but Gutierrez dodges the shot and counters with a left hook to Penalver's body.  
Gutierrez lands consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body.  
Gutierrez is on target with a firm left hook to Penalver's body.  Gutierrez clinches his opponent.  Gutierrez leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.

Penalver throws a right hook, but Gutierrez holds on to his opponent.  Gutierrez leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.

Penalver steps away from his opponent and hits home with a solid jab.  
Penalver steps to the outside.  Gutierrez senses Penalver is in trouble...he is looking to finish him off!  Gutierrez lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  He then lands consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents body, AND PENALVER IS DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  Penalver now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.

Penalver steps to the outside and lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.
