Lukas Wauters vs Jean-Jacques Mateloet

Boxing Daily Report from the Pianim Promotions promoted show at Couwel Hasebroeck Gym, Ghent,  taking place on 19/05/2037:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Belgium-Flanders Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Lukas Wauters (2 - 9(1) - 5) who hails from Bruges, Belgium and Jean-Jacques Mateloet(16 - 2(1) - 1) from Antwerp, Belgium.  Both Wauters and Mateloet weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Edeward Van Beuvays, and the three ringside judges are Polle Van den Broucke, Florent Micault and Genard Haeck.  

Round 1: 

Mateloet feints a jab and triggers a right hook counter from Wauters.  Mateloet avoids the shot and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents body.
