Shen Lei vs Alejandro Villafana

Boxing Daily Report from the Jon Crosby promoted show at University of East Caloocan, Caloocan,  taking place on 23/05/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Shen Lei (5(1) - 0) who hails from Shantou, China and Alejandro Villafana(12 - 20 - 3) from San Jose del Monte, Philippines.  Both Lei and Villafana weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gig Puyat, and the three ringside judges are Jose Almazan, Fanuco Bunggay and Rob Mahinay.  

Round 1: 

Lei feints a right, and then lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Lei quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Lei attempts to land a jab, but Villafana slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Villafana pivots to the side of his opponent.  Lei lands a right hook followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Lei is looking to close the distance.  Lei pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook, right hook and a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Lei is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left uppercut to the head.  
Lei steps away from his opponent and lands two jabs followed by an overhand right to his opponents head.  
Villafana pivots to the side of his opponent and connects with a cross.

Lei steps to the outside.  Lei feints a jab and triggers a right uppercut counter from Villafana.  Lei avoids the shot and counters with a stinging cross.  
Lei switches the action to the outside and throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Lei lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Villafana switches the action to the outside.  Lei lands with a ramrod jab.  
Villafana steps to the outside and tries to land a jab, but Lei blocks the shot and counters with a firm cross.
