Malcolm Annan vs John Glass

Boxing Daily Report from the Ras Marcus promoted show at Mel Irvine Gym, Kingston,  taking place on 26/05/2037:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Jamaica-Kingston Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Malcolm Annan (8 - 3(1) - 1) who hails from Kingston, Jamaica and John Glass(9(7) - 2) from Kingston, Jamaica.  Annan weighed in at 139 pounds and 13 ounces, while Glass weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rob Tedford, and the three ringside judges are Cole Cromie, Edward Bivens and Chris Moir.  

Round 1: 

Glass gets on the inside and drives a right hook into his opponents body.  
Glass gets on the inside and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs, AND DOWN GOES ANNAN!  He is back up on his feet at 7.  Annan recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Annan pivots from in front of his opponent.  Glass lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Glass is on target with a solid left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Glass advances into close range and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Glass cuts off the ring, trapping Annan in a neutral corner.  Glass is on target with a solid left uppercut to Annan's body.  
Glass digs in a right hook to Annan's body.  Annan wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Glass dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Glass lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Glass lands a left hook followed by  two right hooks to his opponents body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
It looks like Annan has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Glass lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs, AND SENDS ANNAN TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  
Annan switches the action to the outside.  Glass feints a left hook, and then lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Glass manouvers Annan onto the ropes.  Glass feints a jab, but Annan ignores the feint and responds with a left uppercut.  
Glass sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Annan is on target with a jab.  
Glass lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Glass drives a firm right uppercut into Annan's body.  
Annan throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a solid cross.  
Glass steps inside and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Annan is looking to keep his distance and lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Glass gets on the inside and walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Glass lands a right hook, left hook and a left uppercut to his opponents body, AND ANNAN IS DOWN!  He manages to get up at 4.  
Glass senses his opponent is hurt.  He is looking to stop Annan and just needs the right shot.  Glass lands a right hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the body, AND ANNAN IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Annan's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Annan's trainer is telling his fighter to tighten his defence.

Glass gets on the inside and drives a right hook into his opponents body.  
Annan connects with a left hook.  
Glass advances into close range and digs in a sharp right hook to Annan's body.  
Glass lands a left hook to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a left hook to the body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Annan almost instantly recovers. 
Annan steps to the outside and finds the target with a sharp jab.  
Glass manouvers his opponent into a corner.  Glass digs in a left hook to his opponents liver.  
Glass closes the distance and lands a sharp left hook.  
Glass is on target with a right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Glass lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Annan quickly recovers. 
Glass is on target with a solid left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Glass is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Annan is looking to keep the action on the outside and throws a jab, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a firm cross.  
Glass closes the distance.  Annan sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Glass lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Annan recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Glass manouvers Annan into the red corner.  Glass drives a right hook into Annan's ribcage.  
Glass lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Glass whips in a big right hook to Annan's ribs.  ANNAN WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Annan recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Glass is looking to close the distance and forces Annan to retreat onto the ropes.  Glass is on target with a stinging right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Glass lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  
Glass lands a left uppercut.  
Glass knows Annan is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Glass lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs, AND DROPS ANNAN TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 9.  
Glass crashes a mean right uppercut to his opponents body.  Annan now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Annan's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Annan's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.
