Hassan Welshel vs Gazi Alfarooq

Boxing Daily Report from the Antwi Promotions promoted show at Azam Rassi Gym, Dubai,  taking place on 03/06/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the UAE-Dubai Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hassan Welshel (7 - 9 - 1) who hails from Dubai, UAE and Gazi Alfarooq(9(1) - 4(1)) from Dubai, UAE.  Both Welshel and Alfarooq weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ali Ayub, and the three ringside judges are Obaid Lahout, Shayan Hakimi and Gazi Maalouf.  

Round 1: 

Welshel switches the action to the outside and connects with an overhand right.  Welshel tries to land a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a solid cross.
