Ellis Aries vs Barry Danskin

Boxing Daily Report from the Numb Nation promoted show at Ian Breck Gym, Stamford,  taking place on 06/06/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Connecticut Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ellis Aries (6 - 9(2) - 2) who hails from Hartford, USA and Barry Danskin(9 - 2) from New Haven, USA.  Both Aries and Danskin weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ian Parry, and the three ringside judges are Dale Carse, Richard Cowans and Ian Cragg.  

Round 1: 

Danskin advances into close range and connects with a stinging right hook.  
Aries steps away from his opponent.  Danskin feints a left hook, and then hits home with a solid cross.  
Aries tries to keep the action at long range and connects with a cross.  
Danskin gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the head followed by two right hook's to the body.  
Aries tries to step out of his opponents range.  Danskin is on target with an overhand left.
