Denton Keddie vs Dylan Cather

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Maryland promoted show at Paul Fiddes Gym, Baltimore,  taking place on 04/06/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Maryland Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Denton Keddie (13 - 12(2) - 3) who hails from Baltimore, USA and Dylan Cather(26(2) - 4) from Baltimore, USA.  Keddie weighed in at 134 pounds And 4 ounces, while Cather weighed in at 134 pounds And 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Chris Sandison, and the three ringside judges are Sid Morrison, Ellis Nevels and Mark Leap.  

Round 1: 

Keddie steps to the outside and throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Cather pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Keddie steps to the outside and is on target with a cross.  
Keddie finds the target with a jab.  
Keddie lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Cather digs in a right uppercut to Keddie's ribcage.  
Cather steps inside.  Cather steps back and leans on the ropes with his guard up.  Keddie lands a left hook.  Keddie tries to land a left uppercut, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a solid right hook to his opponents body.  
Cather closes the distance and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Cather lands a cross.  
Keddie switches the action to the outside and connects with an overhand left.  
Cather is looking to close the distance and connects with a solid right hook.  
Cather closes the distance.  Keddie pivots to the left of his opponent.  Cather digs in a sharp left hook to Keddie's ribs.  
Keddie is on target with a cross.  
Keddie steps to the outside and hits home with a cross.  
Keddie sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Cather lands an overhand left followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Cather closes the distance and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Cather is on target with a right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Cather lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Cather lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body, AND SENDS KEDDIE SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  Keddie recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Keddie is on target with a cross.  
Cather drives a left uppercut into his opponents body.

Keddie throws a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Cather closes the distance and lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the body and a right hook to the head.  
Cather is looking to keep the action on the outside and strikes his opponents body with a jab.  
Keddie tries to step out of his opponents range and is on target with a cross.  
Keddie steps away from his opponent and throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a sharp right uppercut.  
Cather is looking to close the distance and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.

Keddie steps to the outside and is on target with a cross.  Keddie throws an overhand left, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Keddie switches the action to the outside and throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Keddie sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Cather lands with a ramrod jab.  
Keddie steps away from his opponent and throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a stinging right hook to his opponents body.  
Cather lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Cather drives a firm right hook into Keddie's body.  
Keddie switches the action to the outside and hits home with a cross.  
Keddie steps to the outside and tries to land an overhand left, but Cather slips the shot and counters with a spiteful left hook to Keddie's body.  KEDDIE WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Cather gets on the inside.  Cather sees his opponent is hurt.  He's looking for the finish!  Cather lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  He follows up the attack and lands a left uppercut to the head, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the body, DROPPING KEDDIE TO THE CANVAS!  He unsteadily tries to get up but is unable to beat the 10 count!  The winner by KO is Cather!
