Joey Stine vs David Gerdon

Boxing Daily Report from the Raven Promotions promoted show at Nashville Rhydderch, Nashville,  taking place on 06/06/2037:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Tennessee Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Joey Stine (4 - 14(1)) who hails from Knoxville, USA and David Gerdon(9 - 4) from Knoxville, USA.  Both Stine and Gerdon weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Robert Davidson, and the three ringside judges are John Cranston, Bart Bargas and Leighton Taylor.  

Round 1: 

Gerdon is looking to close the distance.  Stine throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref stops the action and gives Gerdon time to recover.  
Gerdon closes the distance.  Stine throws a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Gerdon is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Stine throws a right uppercut, but Gerdon holds on to his opponent.  Gerdon pushes his forearm into Stine's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Stine throws a right uppercut, but Gerdon holds on to his opponent.  Stine leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Gerdon manages to force Stine into the corner.  Gerdon quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Stine throws a right uppercut, but Gerdon ties up his opponent.  Gerdon pushes his forearm into Stine's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Gerdon drives a left uppercut into Stine's liver.
