Jack Younie vs Scott MacGill

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-North Carolina promoted show at Charlotte Davis, Charlotte,  taking place on 05/06/2037:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-North Carolina Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jack Younie (13(7) - 2) who hails from Charlotte, USA and Scott MacGill(14 - 18(1) - 4) from Charlotte, USA.  Both Younie and MacGill weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is John Gerrie, and the three ringside judges are Chris Farm, Stephen Armstrong and Ethan Easton.  

Round 1: 

Younie pivots to the right of his opponent and is on target with a solid left uppercut.  
Younie advances into close range and digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  Younie ties up his opponent.  Younie pushes his forearm into MacGill's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Younie steps away from his opponent and lands an overhand left followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Younie steps to the outside.  MacGill throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Younie tries to keep the action at long range and connects with a cross.  
Younie hits home with a solid overhand right.  
Younie lands a cross, jab and a cross to his opponents head.  
Younie lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  MacGill almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Younie lands a cross.  
Younie switches the action to the outside and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
MacGill is looking to close the distance.  Younie lands a left hook to the head, a right uppercut to the head and a right uppercut to the body.  
Younie quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a sharp right hook.  
Younie lands an overhand left, overhand right and a cross to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  MacGill recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
MacGill sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Younie lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a jab to the head.  
Younie is looking to keep the action on the outside and is on target with an overhand left.  
MacGill closes the distance.  Younie lands a right hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Younie connects with a sharp cross.  
MacGill gets on the inside.  Younie lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Younie is looking to keep his distance and hits home with a cross.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...MacGill's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.

Younie steps to the outside and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  Younie attempts to land an overhand left, but MacGill parries the shot and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
MacGill gets on the inside and manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Younie connects with a sharp left hook.  Younie holds on to his opponent.  Younie is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Younie about fouling.  Younie attempts to land a right hook, but MacGill sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Younie lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Younie knows MacGill is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Younie lands a right uppercut to the body, and then to the head, AND DROPS MACGILL TO THE CANVAS!  He makes it to one knee, but is unable to rise any further as the ref counts 10!  The winner by KO is Younie!
