Frederick Damitz vs Royal Barthez

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Switzerland-West promoted show at Geneva Desnos, Geneva,  taking place on 14/06/2037:

Clearly AI Switzerland-West have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Frederick Damitz (3(2) - 0) who hails from Basel, Switzerland and Royal Barthez(2 - 3) from Geneva, Switzerland.  Damitz weighed in at 129 pounds And 14 ounces, while Barthez weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Varocher Desailly, and the three ringside judges are Marcel Filipacchi, Flannery Ferro and Germain Villechaize.  

Round 1: 

Damitz steps inside and connects with a left hook.  
Damitz is looking to close the distance.  Damitz sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.

Damitz manouvers Barthez into a corner.  Damitz drives a right hook into Barthez's body.  
Damitz lands a left uppercut to the head, a left hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Damitz is looking to close the distance and drives a left uppercut into Barthez's body.

Damitz walks Barthez down, trapping him in the red corner.  Damitz sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Barthez goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref stops the action and gives Damitz time to recover.  
Damitz steps inside.  Damitz sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Damitz lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  As Damitz tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Barthez dabs at his face checking for damage.
