Gabriel Ruelas vs Ora Machuca

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Brazil-Pernambuco promoted show at Vicente Casimiro Gym, Recife,  taking place on 17/06/2037:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Brazil-Pernambuco Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gabriel Ruelas (11 - 19(2) - 4) who hails from Recife, Brazil and Ora Machuca(15(1) - 5(1)) from Recife, Brazil.  Both Ruelas and Machuca weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Pablo Cabral, and the three ringside judges are Xalvador Silverio, Juan Azevedo and Fausto Menezes.  

Round 1: 

Ruelas lands a cross.  
Ruelas steps to the outside and tries to land an overhand right, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.

Machuca forces Ruelas to back into the corner.  Ruelas throws a left hook, but Machuca clinches his opponent.  Machuca uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Ruelas's kidney. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Machuca pivots to the side of his opponent andAs Machuca tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Ruelas dabs at his face checking for damage.
