Nicandro Caragay vs Federico Ugalino

Boxing Daily Report from the Felix Orcales promoted show at Bacoor Lomboy, Bacoor,  taking place on 06/07/2037:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Nicandro Caragay (18(14) - 0) who hails from Manila, Philippines and Federico Ugalino(0 - 3) from Antipolo, Philippines.  Both Caragay and Ugalino weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Scott Paculan, and the three ringside judges are Peter Lungay, Gervasio Maggay and Diego Lakian.  

Round 1: 

Caragay advances into close range and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  Caragay holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Caragay pushes his forearm into Ugalino's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Caragay gets on the inside and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Caragay clinches his opponent.  Caragay pushes his forearm into Ugalino's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Caragay.  
Caragay throws a right uppercut, but his opponent slips the punch.  Caragay ties up his opponent.  Caragay is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Caragay lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Caragay drives a right hook into Ugalino's body.  
Caragay manouvers his opponent into a neutral corner.  Caragay digs in a stinging left hook to Ugalino's body.  
Caragay feints a right hook, and then lands a stinging cross.  
Caragay lands a jab to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Ugalino almost instantly recovers. 
Caragay advances into close range.  Caragay pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Caragay lands a cross followed by  two right hooks to his opponents head.  
Caragay advances into close range and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Caragay is on target with a jab.  
Caragay attempts to land a cross, but Ugalino sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Caragay advances into close range and lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the head.  
Caragay lands a right hook followed by  two left hooks to his opponents head.  
Caragay lands a right uppercut to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the body.  
Caragay forces Ugalino to retreat into the blue corner.  Caragay lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Caragay lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body, AND DROPS UGALINO TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 8.  
Caragay drives a stinging right hook into his opponents ribs.  
Caragay is on target with a solid right uppercut.  Caragay holds on to his opponent.  Caragay leans on his opponent using all his weight. Caragay throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. 
Ugalino closes the distance.  Caragay is on target with a right hook to Ugalino's ribs.  Caragay ties up his opponent.  Caragay leans on his opponent using all his weight. Caragay hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. 
Caragay lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right uppercut to the head.  
Caragay closes the distance and throws a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Caragay advances into close range and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Caragay is on target with a solid right hook.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Ugalino's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Ugalino's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Caragay hits home with a left hook.  Caragay ties up his opponent.  Caragay tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Ugalino behind the head. 
Caragay quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a left uppercut to the body.  
Caragay lands a left hook to the head, a right uppercut to the head and a right hook to the body.  Caragay ties up his opponent.  Caragay is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Caragay lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Caragay lands a sharp left hook.  
Caragay hits home with a sharp left hook.  Caragay ties up his opponent.  Caragay is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Caragay uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Ugalino behind the head. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Caragay about fouling.  As Ugalino tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Caragay dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Caragay lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Caragay digs in a forceful left hook to Ugalino's body.  UGALINO WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Caragay sees his opponent is hurt.  He's looking for the finish!  Caragay lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs, AND KNOCKS UGALINO DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 9.  It looks like Ugalino has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Caragay is on target with a stinging left hook to his opponents body.  Caragay holds on to his opponent.  Caragay is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Caragay throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. 
Caragay lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Caragay lands a left hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Caragay quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left uppercut to the body, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the head, AND SENDS UGALINO SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He isnt going to beat the count!  The winner by KO is Caragay!
