Mark Pappas vs Tapu Peka

Boxing Daily Report from the Kiwi Boxing Academy promoted show at Simasiku Gym, Auckland,  taking place on 06/11/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Oceania Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Prime, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Mark Pappas (23(6) - 3(2)) who hails from Adelaide, Australia and Tapu Peka(20(3) - 13(2)) from Manukau, New Zealand.  Pappas weighed in at 112 pounds, while Peka weighed in at 112 pounds and 10 ounces.    As Peka came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Mark Vaux, and the three ringside judges are Colin Lawder, Hugh Moffitt and Opi Ngaikiha.  

Round 1: 

Pappas steps inside.  Peka sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Peka throws a left hook, but Pappas holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Pappas pushes his forearm into Peka's face.  The referee warns Pappas and breaks the clinch.  
Peka lands a right hook.  Pappas clinches his opponent.  Pappas leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Peka lands a spiteful jab.  Peka attempts to land a jab, but Pappas parries the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Pappas lands a left hook to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
Pappas is on target with a left hook to Peka's ribs.  
Pappas manouvers Peka onto the ropes.  Pappas is on target with a right hook to Peka's ribcage.
