Alejandro Gardon vs Rio Corbo

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Guerrero promoted show at Larenzo Cobian Gym, Acapulco,  taking place on 06/08/2022:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Mexico Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TVC Deportes, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Alejandro Gardon (8 - 3(1) - 1) who hails from Acapulco, Mexico and Rio Corbo(8 - 4) from Ecatepec, Mexico.  Gardon weighed in at 159 pounds and 12 ounces, while Corbo weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jerrold Santibanez, and the three ringside judges are Fidel Molina, Frisco Estremera and Alejandro Rayos.
