Joaquin Penso vs Jose Paula

Boxing Daily Report from the Ankomah Promotions promoted show at Carlos Vences Gym, Brasilia,  taking place on 14/04/2024:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Brazil-Distrito Federal Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Joaquin Penso (13 - 2) who hails from Brasilia, Brazil and Jose Paula(9 - 7 - 2) from Brasilia, Brazil.  Penso weighed in at 140 pounds, while Paula weighed in at 139 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Orlando Sardinha, and the three ringside judges are Joaquin Serpa, Alejandro Moises and Reynaldo Cambra.  

Round 1:
