Diego Ponte vs Cris Amador

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Brazil-Amazonas promoted show at Enzo Mau Gym, Manaus,  taking place on 18/07/2024:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Brazil-Amazonas Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Diego Ponte (11 - 3 - 2) who hails from Manaus, Brazil and Cris Amador(8 - 0) from Manaus, Brazil.  Both Ponte and Amador weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hilario Spinola, and the three ringside judges are Jax Clemente, Vegas Borba and Aimon Vala.  

Round 1: 

Amador gets on the inside and lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Ponte is looking to keep the action on the outside and throws a jab, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a cross.
