Hiro Kurata vs Ryuu Kuba

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Hiroshima promoted show at Royal Hotel Hiroshima, Hiroshima,  taking place on 13/12/2024:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hiro Kurata (8(1) - 0) who hails from Nagoya, Japan and Ryuu Kuba(2 - 2) from Kawasaki, Japan.  Kurata weighed in at 226 pounds and 5 ounces, while Kuba weighed in at 238 pounds and 4 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Jun Hironaka, and the three ringside judges are Ichiro Otani, Iwao Sando and Takeshi Yokoyama.
