Chris Huntley vs Aaron Riddell

Boxing Daily Report from the Simasiku Promotions promoted show at Waitakere Cogle, Waitakere,  taking place on 27/03/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the New Zealand Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Prime, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Chris Huntley (12 - 3 - 1) who hails from Waitakere, New Zealand and Aaron Riddell(9 - 3 - 1) from Auckland, New Zealand.  Both Huntley and Riddell weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is James Oakley, and the three ringside judges are Corey Hopper, Glynn Telford and Richie Seay.  

Round 1:
