Diego Lobos vs Macario Ruis

Boxing Daily Report from the Nalubamba Promotions promoted show at Salvador Cirino, Salvador,  taking place on 14/04/2025:

Clearly Nalubamba Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Brazil-Bahia Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Diego Lobos (9 - 5 - 5) who hails from Salvador, Brazil and Macario Ruis(11 - 5 - 5) from Salvador, Brazil.  Lobos weighed in at 134 pounds And 5 ounces, while Ruis weighed in at 134 pounds And 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Carlos Gago, and the three ringside judges are Jair Serafin, Venacio Amparo and Nasario Ramo.

Lobos is looking to close the distance.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Ruis dabs at his face checking for damage.
