Eiji Miyazaki vs Ichiro Takayama

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Osaka promoted show at Osaka Hattori, Osaka,  taking place on 23/07/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Japan-Osaka Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Eiji Miyazaki (10 - 5) who hails from Toyonaka, Japan and Ichiro Takayama(4 - 7 - 3) from Osaka, Japan.  Both Miyazaki and Takayama weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mitsuru Imamura, and the three ringside judges are Mitsuru Kanai, Aoi Ohno and Goro Tsuchida.
