I thought I had won a purse bid for the Tennent fight.  Instead the fight went to Bos, who did not bid as far as I know,  with a fight date a couple weeks after Yoshimoto fought.  I thought I got a message before his last fight that said I won the purse bid for a fight in Tokyo. I did not see my purse bid or any other listed for the title after I "won" the bid.  I canceled the fight with Tennent and lost the title.  What happened, did I miss something?

i can't tell what happened.  I can see you got the message that you'd won, but then that purse bid record was cancelled.  the fight didn't go to Bos though either.  The fight you cancelled was on this AI show in Louiseville

if you'd told me before you cancelled the fight, i could have corrected it for you, but now all the data has moved on so can't put that title fight back in.

all i can try to do is reset the title and put it in purse bids again.  would be easier if the two of you can agree a voluntary fight instead though

i have just reinstated the champion and mandatory challenger, and pushed back the mandatory due date so you can try making the fight again.

Thanks.  Seems like a lot of glitches take place when we get ahead of the game processing a series of sequential commands. 
BTW  Bos is MIA, so all his fights are going to purse bids.  Wondering how long it takes for a promotion to go to AI.  Also, what are the rules for making fight offers for titles to someone who isn't active.

i have a mandatory defence against filip ailing from bos firefighters. hes 1 of 4 mandatories my champ has. do i have to wait  for purse bids because its tough enough making all the mandatories if your undesputed without drawing things out with purse bids

There is some auto acceptance stuff going on with title fights even if the promoter is active. I'll have to check to make sure, but I think a title fight offer is accepted instead of expiring as long as there is enough notice and it does not result in them losing some other title position.

yes, just checked this.  instead of expiring, a title fight offer (mandatory or eliminator) will get accepted as long as the following conditions are met:
the due date of the title is within 10 weeks of the fight date (i.e. its not too early)
the opponent does not have any other title obligations within 10 weeks of the fight date 
the opponent does not currently have a fight scheduled
there is enough fight notice at the time of expiry

Thanks.  That is what I assumed.  Can you do something about the notice for intercontinental titles.  It only appears on the title organizations page and does not appear on the fighters page.  It actually indicates there is no deadline pending when there is.  It seems to be unique in the way title deadlines are shown.  Lost a couple of titles that way.
